the 5th version of county fair is coming to lafayette next week. i've been in the studio for the last month cranking out new parts and reassembling old ones. there are several new elements and even more re-inventions of the old parts. things work better, look better, and everything seems to be more composed in its busy-ness.
the main new addition this year is 'the gift shop.' there are prints, and posters, and stuffed animals and a few other relics from past exhibits. it should be a fun addition that becomes more than just a place to buy some crap from the show. it's part of the experience of going to the fair.
